The 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards Winners + Performances
However, I hate that I missed this specific part….
Omarion Maybach O catching the Holy Ghost during his performance with Rick Ross!! I almost peed on myself watching a few of the clips this morning. That boy was happy to be back on stage! LOL, just too much!
BET’s award shows can be bias when giving out awards… However, this year rapper Kanye West won only 7 awards of his 17 nominations (you know The ROC has favoritism). Kanye’s artist, 2 Chainz, won Rookie of the Year, People’s Champ, and Sweet 16 for his verse on G.O.O.D. Music’s ‘Mercy’. He also won awards with his G.O.O.D. affiliates as well.
I was shocked and pissed that my love Lupe Fiasco did not win an award. Rapper Nas beat him for best Impact Track for his song‘Daugthers’. How are going to nominate Lu for one category, a category he has TWO songs nominated in, and he still didn’t win… that’s played.
