this is such a good investment why the fuck

guys this is good idea

omg i could probably get from new orleans to chicago in like, 15 minutes as opposed to 150 minutes

…..HOLY SHIT

YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS

WE COULD ALL FINALLY MEET EACH OTHER

HOLY SHIT BALLS

We’ll be dead by then

omg!!!!!!!

Are you fucking serious? Let’s start this! Let’s do this now!

Um, did you guys not read the message at the end?

“The Evauted Tube is an airless, frictionless, maglev-like form of transportation which is safer, cheaper,  and quieter than trains and airplanes.”

Maybe I wasn’t paying too close of an attention (it’s late and I’m allowed to use this as an excuse), but I hope this contraption comes with some kind oxygen tank or whatnot because  how are we going to breathe especially if you’re traveling for two hours in a tightly sealed container like the model shown in the video?

Also, if this thingamajig is traveling that fast to get to Japan from the US, how do we know for certain it will stop? Who said it won’t come flying off the rail or crash into a wall?

Sorry y’all, I’m paranoid when is come to certain technologies, not being able to breathe, and claustrophobia (on this level).

New Video: Jay-Z & Kanye West - ‘No Church In The Wild’

Jay-Z & Kanye West, collectively known as The Throne, released their music video for the single ‘No Church In The Wild’ featuring Frank Ocean & The Dream momentarily on the ‘net. The visual is said to be inspired by the riots and strife occurring in Athens, Greece.
Watch the Romain Gavras directed music video below.

Rihanna Goes Topless for Esquire UK Magazine

Rihanna has no problem with showing a little skin here and there and she proved that by going topless for the July 2012 issue of Esquire UK magazine. Photographed by Matt Irwin and her best friend Melissa Fordephotographed the behind the scenes pictures (seen in black and white below.).
Rihanna sports a number mesh/cut-out swimsuits and cut-off denim shorts inside the issue.  See the photos below.

Back Lot Access: Tinashe’s ‘This Feeling’ Behind The Scenes

Last Friday, Tinashe released the behind the scenes action of her latest music video‘This Feeling’.  The single is featured on Tinashe’s mixtape In Case We Die (if you haven’t download the mixtape, you can do so here).  While on set, Tinashe’s manager Mike Nazzaro states that‘This Feeling’ is Tinashe’s first really well done solo music video.    The music video was filmed in Los Angeles by director Cole Walliser in a severely cold warehouse according to Tinashe.
Despite the coldness, The starlet turns around and says “You have to suffer a little bit for the awesomeness.”
We’re also introduced to the choreographer, Claude Racine and the dancers which includes Tinashe’s leading man, MarcusAV (who assisted Racine with the choreography), and Gee.  All of them, especially including Tinashe, can dance their arse off!

Music Recommendation: “One Step Closer EP” by Lauren Housley

Official Website:  http://www.laurenhousley.com/

The funky, soul diva known as Lauren Housley has an upcoming EP release for June 11, 2012 called One Step Closer which I had the honor to listen to before the release and when I say this EP is a must have I’m saying this from the bottom of heart!  Pure soul.

Lauren Housley is a soul singer from Manchester, UK boasting raw vocal talents that reminds me of another English soul singer by the name of Joss Stone with the funky jazz of Ray Charles & Otis Redding….With this being said, Lauren Housley’s vocals are purely organic and  breath-taking.

New Video: Chris Brown - ‘Til I Die’ ft. Big Sean & Wiz Khalifa

Chris Brown released the music video for his song ‘Til I Die’ featuring Big Sean & Wiz Khalifa just shortly through is Twitter page. Brown dedicated the music video to Beastie Boys’ MCA (Adam Yauch).

In the Andrew Listermann clip, Breezy is seen causing a ruckus in an office building below joining up with Big Sean and Wiz Khalifa for a smoke session on the elevator (did you catch the 420?). Outside, Snoop Dogg was waiting in what I believe to be a custom yellow 1976 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with a L.A. Lakers paint job on the hood.

The following scene shows the boys cruising down the avenue with Snoop, a couple girls and Wiz Khalifa sitting in the back seat attempting to dance (I laughed)….

Hi there! My name is Lindsey Isaacs and I recently opened up an online boutique where I distress and detail vintage Levi's shorts all by hand. You can find us on Etsy by searching "Spikes and Seams". As a small business, it is challenging to expand my market to new buyers. As a fan of your blog, I would love if you could perhaps feature or mention my store/twitter account (@Spikes_n_Seams) on your site or twitter. Let me know how this sounds! Thanks!

Cool! I will check your merchandise out and see about featuring it on my site.
